International Teams Philippines is a non-stock, non-profit religious organization that mobilizes, equips, and deploys missionaries within the Philippines and to the nations, sharing God’s love and His plan of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ.
In 1999, during a season when conflict brought an exodus of foreign missionaries, Ptr. Gani Sison became National Director. Rather than close the work, the Filipino church took ownership of it. What followed was a quiet miracle. A nation with little money and few resources became one of the most active missionary-sending nations on earth.
Ordinary men and women, even those with limited financial resources, accomplishing the impossible by faith.

Ptr. Gani Sison has served as Executive Director since 1999. He was the first Filipino and Asian to chair the international leadership of International Teams worldwide, guiding the global movement through a season of profound growth.
He is joined by a board of directors and a network of mission advisors serving across the nations.
